SelectIngredient is a company specializing in the sale of products for food, water and veterinary diagnostics analyses. Founded in 2012 by Amélia Miguel and João Cruz, the company was created in response to a market gap for innovative rapid analysis products in these fields - products that were well-know to customers who sought their availability and easy access. 

With more than 20 years of commercial experience in this and similar markets, the founders of SelectIngredient decided to set up the company in response to these requests.

Beginning its activity with the sale of innovative real-time PCR kits for the detection of species, allergens and OGMS, the company quickly met the need to supply discontinued and difficult-to-access media (e.g. MEVAG), kits with more technical value (e.g. acid phosphatase reagent), or others with more affordable prices (e.g. microcystin determination). 

The inclusion of veterinary analysis kits not known in Portugal, to meet the export needs of animals, and the introduction of real-time diagnostic kits (e.g. mycotoxin detection) have definitively established SelectIngredient in the market.

Despite the company's rapid growth, the principles by which it has always been run remain oriented towards the needs of its clients, promoting easy and rapid communication between clients and our employees, speeding up the logistics required to meet their expectations. 

In addition to offering a wide range of products, we promote fast deliveries based on our ability to hold stocks, store orders so that they can be delivered in stages, and have fast and clear return and warranty policies. Among other things, we have cemented our customers trust in the company by helping them to implement it.
